Job Description:

Join a busy step-down unit as a registered nurse, providing crucial patient monitoring and care tailored to patients transitioning from intensive care. You'll work on a 12-hour rotating night shift, with a focus on maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. This role demands at least two years of PCU or step-down experience, along with current licenses and certifications such as AHA BLS and ACLS. As part of your day-to-day, you'll collaborate closely with healthcare teams, respond to changes in patient conditions, and help ensure smooth patient transitions. The schedule entails working every other weekend, with orientation conducted bi-weekly, and is suitable for candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility who thrive in a dynamic setting.
