Job Description:

Join the team at a prestigious medical center in Baltimore, caring for patients in a fast-paced cardiovascular intensive care step-down unit. This role involves managing high acuity patients recovering from cardiac and vascular surgeries, including post-op CABG, valve repairs, and transplants. You'll work 12-hour night shifts for 13 weeks, applying your expertise in surgical IMC and cardiac recovery, with a focus on patients with mechanical circulatory support devices like LVADs. Expect to navigate a variety of patient conditions—from continuous cardiac monitoring to telemetry and non-monitored care—making each shift engaging and meaningful.
