Job Description:

Join a high-acuity Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where you'll work as an RN during 12-hour night shifts for a 13-week contract. This role involves caring for complex cardiac patients, including those with CHF, cardiomyopathy, post-cath, arrhythmias, and post-surgical cases such as open-heart procedures and transplants. You'll navigate a variety of advanced equipment like Impella devices, chest tubes, and ventilators, ensuring meticulous patient management. The unit is in a state of exciting growth, transitioning from a high acuity PCU to an ICU by the end of the year, offering plenty of opportunities to expand your skills in a supportive environment with a focus on cardiac and surgical patients.
