Job Description:

This contract opportunity places a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospital setting for a 13-week assignment. You will work night shift hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, providing direct care to patients on the Progressive Care Unit. The role involves assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. You'll also mentor licensed and non-licensed staff, ensuring high-quality, family-centered care. While the work can be demanding, many nurses find this experience rewarding as they contribute to patient recovery during their overnight shifts.
