Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers a 12-hour night shift opportunity for experienced nursing professionals eager to provide high-quality care in an Asheville medical-surgical unit. You’ll work within a 23-bed step-down and 16-bed med-surg setting, managing stable vented patients, chest tubes, trachs, and cardiac drips. Expect to perform procedures like trach care and wound dressing changes while utilizing Cerner EMR. The role requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience, with a focus on trach management and flexibility to adapt across similar units. Enjoy a weekly schedule of approximately 36 hours, with a gross weekly pay of $1,846.20. Prepare for a role that combines technical skill, autonomous decision-making, and the ability to thrive during overnight hours.
