Join a 24-bed monitored flex unit in Greenville, NC, as a cardiac-focused professional for an exciting 13-week assignment. This role offers a 12-hour night shift schedule, where you'll handle a variety of procedures including arterial and central line management, pacemaker care, and bedside interventions like chest tube placements and cardioversions. Expect to work with post-operative cardiac, thoracic, and vascular patients, utilizing skills such as IV starts, lab draws, and managing complex IV drips. The staffing model promotes self-scheduling with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 or 1:5.
