Job Description:

Join a pediatric Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team as a Pediatric PACU Registered Nurse on a 17-week travel contract. This role offers the opportunity to work evening and night shifts, with schedules typically running from 7:00pm to 7:30am or 11:00pm to 7:30am, spanning four 12-hour shifts per week. No on-call requirement is involved, and you’ll experience a rewarding environment focused on post-surgical recovery for young patients. The position emphasizes accuracy with Epic documentation, telemetry knowledge, and the ability to adapt to a busy pediatric setting. The assignment uniquely provides a chance to work in a specialized unit dedicated to rapid recovery of pediatric surgical patients, ensuring that you gain valuable pediatric PACU experience while maintaining a balanced shift schedule.
