Job Description:

Join a specialized Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team in Atlanta, GA, where you'll provide critical nursing care in a 28-bed IMCU with a focus on cardiac patients. This 13-week contract involves 12-hour day shifts, giving you the chance to spend quality time outside of work exploring the local attractions. You'll work with a patient ratio of approximately 1:3-4, managing conditions like STEMI, NSTEMI, C/P, and administering cardiac drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors. Opportunities may include assignments to telemetry beds with lower acuity levels. BLS and ACLS certification are required, and candidates must have at least 2 years of documented PCU experience in a similar-sized facility, with proficiency in cardiac care.
