Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in the Med/Surg Float Pool, working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. at a busy hospital in Clarksville, Tennessee. You'll have the opportunity to float between five different Med/Surg units, gaining diverse experience in various patient populations. The role requires flexibility, as schedules are determined by the unit, and candidates must be prepared to meet staffing needs with a minimum of two years of prior travel experience and TN or compact state licensure. You will be working in an environment where nurses occasionally float to the ER, and Cerner EMR is used. This contract offers a weekday commitment of approximately 36 hours per week for 13 weeks, providing a well-rounded experience in a vibrant healthcare setting.
