Job Description:

Join our esteemed Med/Surg Float Pool team in Clarksville, Tennessee, for an exciting 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. This role offers the opportunity to float across five different Med/Surg units, providing diverse clinical experiences while maintaining a consistent schedule. You will be responsible for providing direct support in patient care, assisting with assessments, documentation, and maintaining a smooth flow in the units. Flexibility is essential, as these shifts can be varied to meet staffing needs, including float to the ER as needed. With a focus on teamwork and efficiency, you'll work under the Cerner EMR system and wear navy scrubs while making a tangible difference during your assignment.
