Join an admission unit specializing in general medical and surgical patients awaiting surgery. As an RN here, you'll work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment where patient turnover is high. Your responsibilities will include independent patient assessments, facilitating admissions, and ensuring smooth patient transitions. The role offers an engaging experience with a patient ratio of 5-6:1 in the medical/surgical unit.
