Job Description:

Join a prestigious medical-surgical unit within a renowned hospital, where your skills in acute care will shine. This 13-week contract is perfect for experienced RNs ready to handle a diverse patient population, including post-surgical cases, UTI, sepsis, and high fall risk patients. Expect a schedule of 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with opportunities to float within skill set and across nearby campuses. You'll work closely with a seasoned leadership team in a unit supporting a 41-bed facility, managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:4 to 1:7. Upon arrival, you'll bring your expertise in Med/Surg, charting in EPIC, and critical thinking skills to provide top-tier care. This role offers weekly hours of 36, with some flexibility for additional hours upon request. Candidates must have a current compact license, BLS, NIHSS, and a minimum of 2 years strong Med/Surg experience, including trauma. No local candidates are considered for this position, so prepare for a travel adventure in an engaging healthcare setting.
