Job Description:

Join a healthcare team as a Step Down Registered Nurse, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized care in a small facility with only 12 staffed beds, requiring a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. You will be floating within scope to different units and sister facilities as needed, ensuring that patient care continues seamlessly. The assignment includes rotating holiday shifts and every-other weekend coverage. Candidates must hold a South Carolina or Compact license and possess ACLS and BLS certifications. NIHSS certification is preferred but not mandatory. This position provides free parking and a consistent schedule with guaranteed hours, making it a predictable yet engaging placement for experienced nurses seeking to make a difference in a supportive, community-focused environment.
