Job Description:

Join a specialized telemetry unit at a prominent medical center in Asheville, NC, for a 13-week travel healthcare assignment. As a critical member of the team on the 5th floor of the Owen Heart Center, you'll work 12-hour night shifts providing care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions such as CHF, MI, arrhythmias, and post-procedural recovery. You'll be involved in monitoring cardiac rhythms, titrating IV medications like nitroglycerine and amiodarone, and managing telemetry equipment including Zoll monitors and Baxter pumps. Your expertise in stepdown or progressive care will ensure smooth patient transitions and recovery in a high-paced, yet supportive environment.
