Job Description:

This step-down registered nurse role requires a skilled professional with EPIC experience to provide care on a 39-bed unit specializing in surgical and telemetry patients. You will manage a patient load of approximately 4 to 5 patients during 12-hour night shifts, working across multiple campuses including Dayton, Centerville, and Englewood, with occasional floating responsibilities. Key tasks involve interpreting telemetry strips, initiating IV starts, and administering medications in a fast-paced environment. This assignment offers a chance to hone your skills in a specialized setting while experiencing different hospital units within the same health system.
