Job Description:

Join our healthcare team in Wilmington, NC, for a 13-week contract as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on night shifts. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients in a busy Med/Surg unit, where you'll handle a variety of procedures including Heparin drips, wound care, high flow oxygen, and occasional BiPap support. The night shift runs from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with an expectation of every other weekend work and flexibility to work holidays. You’ll be part of an Inclement Weather Team, prepared to assist during storms or disasters, making this assignment both vital and dynamic. Experience with EPIC and BCLS certifications are required. First-time travelers are welcome, and charge nurse experience is a plus. With a focus on teamwork and adaptability, this position ensures each night is encountered with purpose and a touch of camaraderie.
