Job Description:

Join the Clinical Resource Team (CRT) on a 13-week travel contract that offers the opportunity to float across multiple Medical/Surgical units at ThedaCare facilities in Appleton and Neenah, Wisconsin. This role is perfect for experienced RNs ready to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a variety of fast-paced settings during 12-hour night shifts from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM. As a floating RN, you'll work in areas such as cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical units, taking on diverse patient cases including stroke, post-PCI, heart rhythm management, and surgical trauma. This contract offers a chance to deepen your skill set while staying flexible, with a predictable 36 hours per week and no on-call requirements. The unique aspect of this assignment: the ability to experience different units and facilities, ensuring your expertise stays sharp and varied.
