Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in inpatient wound care and outpatient wound clinics. This 13-week contract involves 10-hour shifts during the day, where you'll be responsible for assessing patients’ physical, social, and psychological needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Your day-to-day work will include performing comprehensive assessments, delegating tasks to care team members, and evaluating patient responses to interventions.
