Job Description:

Join this 13-week contract on a busy medical-surgical unit in Bismarck, North Dakota, where your skills in managing surgical and medical patients will truly shine. You'll be working 12-hour days, providing essential care and support to patients with diagnoses ranging from joint replacements and fractures to CHF, CVA, and diabetic issues. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a well-coordinated team, read and verify strips with the monitor techs, and handle a variety of adult patient needs in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Experience in med/surg units with the ability to work independently while floating among different departments makes you an ideal fit for this assignment.
