Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse contract offers a hands-on experience in a high-acuity environment, focusing on trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patients. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with a commitment of four shifts per week over a 20-week period. As a critical part of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex patient conditions, coordinating care within a fast-paced ICU setting, and utilizing advanced electronic medical records, including EPIC. This assignment provides an opportunity to demonstrate clinical expertise while adapting to the unique rhythm of night shifts. Clinical flexibility is essential, and clinicians will float within scope to meet facility needs when necessary. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, current ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications, and an active Maryland license.
