Job Description:

Join our healthcare team as a registered nurse specializing in ICU care in Hazard, Kentucky. During this 13-week contract, you will work a rotating 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), providing vital support within a busy ICU setting. This assignment offers the chance to develop your skills in Meditech EMR and manage patient ratios typically around 1:2. You’ll need current certifications including AHA BLS & ACLS and NIH, and a valid Kentucky or compact license. Flexibility within your scope of practice and floating to other units may be required. This role operates on a 36/48 schedule per pay period, with orientation scheduled bi-weekly. Candidates residing at least 75 miles from Hazard are preferred, with signed confirmation required within 24 hours of offer.
