Job Description:

Join a hospital in Hagerstown, MD, for a 20-week travel nursing contract working 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). This role primarily involves floating between Medical/Surgical Telemetry and Intermediate Care units, where you'll provide specialized care for patients dealing with conditions like septic shock, severe heart failure, myocardial infarction, and stroke. Candidates should have at least 2 years of recent Telemetry and IMC experience in a hospital setting, along with recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. EPIC electronic health records familiarity is essential, as is the ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6. You'll be part of a team that manages complex cases, including acutely ill patients requiring monitoring and quick decision-making.
