Job Description:

This neuro-intensive care RN position at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on neurological diseases and disorders such as seizures and strokes. You will be responsible for providing specialized care to neuro patients, including managing complex neurological symptoms, interpreting NIHSS strips, and supporting overflow ICU patients from Medical Surgical and Heart/Vascular units. The role requires adaptability as you'll be floated across multiple campuses, each less than 15 miles apart, ensuring comprehensive patient care across the hospital system. Expect a mix of technical clinical work and team collaboration during 12-hour night shifts, with the contract lasting 13 weeks and an estimated weekly gross pay of $2,460.03.
