Job Description:

Join Carlsbad Medical Center as an ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment starting ASAP. This role involves 12-hour day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with floating to both ER and Medical-Surgical departments required. You'll care for ICU patients with ventilators, titratable drips, and hygiene needs, focusing on total patient care in a unit with 12 beds. Expect to assist with invasive procedures, medication mixing, and patient hygiene, all while working in a setting that keeps you engaged with diverse clinical tasks. No call is required, and the role offers an average weekly gross pay of $1,811.46. Candidates must have at least 2 years of ICU experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and experience with vents and titratable drips. TNCC certification is preferred. All travelers are required to complete fingerprints through the state of New Mexico, which may take several weeks.
