Job Description:

This Operating Room Nurse contract offers a chance to sharpen your surgical skills in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff during scheduled elective procedures. Your duties include assisting during surgeries, managing supplies, updating physician preference cards, and supervising other team members to ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes leadership and critical thinking, with responsibilities that keep you engaged and responsible for ensuring each case runs efficiently. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at a variety of surgeries, from orthopedic to endoscopy, and possibly GYN or ENT cases, in a setting that values your expertise and initiative.
