Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment in Boston requires experienced perioperative RN professionals skilled in scrubbing and circulating neuro, ortho, and trauma cases within a Level 1 trauma center. The role involves working 10-hour mids shifts, with a mix of weekend rotations and call responsibilities. Travelers will be expected to manage approximately 75 cases daily in an OR suite setting, with duties including sterile technique, case preparation, and collaboration with the surgical team. Flexibility to work both 8-hour weekday shifts and 12-hour weekend shifts is essential, and experience with EPIC EMR is preferred. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment that values multitasking and surgical expertise without the need for scrubbing on every case, but with the bonus of advanced perioperative skills.
