Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse for a 13-week contract in Jeffersonville, IN. This role involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff. You'll work mainly during the day shift, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours, including a rotation call night and weekends. Expect to utilize your expertise in evidence-based practice and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient- and family-centered care. The setting offers the opportunity to engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentor staff, all while applying the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care.
