Job Description:

This contract position calls for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized inpatient care during overnight shifts in a hospital setting. The role involves assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff. You will have the opportunity to apply evidence-based practices, mentor team members, and contribute to quality outcomes. The nights are quieter but equally impactful, offering a chance to make meaningful differences in patient experiences while working with a supportive team in an engaging environment.
