Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN assignment places you in a dedicated Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit at Southern TN Hospital in Winchester, TN. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing specialized nursing care for an aging patient population dealing with dementia and other behavioral health conditions. The role involves team nursing, medication administration, and supporting patients through their treatment plans in a facility that boasts a Level II Trauma designation and a comprehensive array of services. If you enjoy a mix of therapy and patient interaction rather than routine bedside care, this assignment offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in psychiatric and geriatric nursing within a supportive team environment. Candidates must have at least 1+ years of RN experience, current TN licensure, BLS, and CPI/HWC certifications. Local travelers are welcomed, with orientation held weekly on Mondays.
