Job Description:

Join a dedicated Med Surg team on the night shift. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other holiday and weekend off. You'll be caring for a diverse patient population, including those on the Swing Bed Program and some on PCU-level care, requiring adaptable skills and a keen eye for patient needs. The unit maintains low patient-to-nurse ratios—1:5 for Med Surg, 1:5-6 for Swing Bed, and 1:3-4 for PCU—ensuring a manageable workload. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a supportive environment with a focus on safety and quality, as the facility is designated a Pathways to Excellence hospital.
