Job Description:

This CVOR Registered Nurse position offers an engaging opportunity to work within a fast-paced surgical environment specializing in cardiac, vascular, and transplant procedures. The role involves supporting the operating room with a variety of complex surgeries, including thoracic and vascular interventions, in a Level I Trauma facility. Shifts alternate between 8-hour and 12-hour hours, with required call duties starting at 7 pm on weekdays and weekend coverage divided into 12-hour blocks. The schedule demands flexibility and quick adaptation to patient needs and staffing patterns, providing a dynamic workload that keeps every day interesting. You will utilize EPIC for charting and collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
