Job Description:

Join a vibrant hospital team in Little Rock, Arkansas, providing care in a versatile medical-surgical unit that covers a range of surgical and medical conditions. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts, giving you ample opportunity to explore the city and enjoy the local culture. As a float nurse, you'll transition between multiple units, including med/onc, surgical, and medical floors, with a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Your responsibilities will include managing patients with diagnoses such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, kidney, and GI conditions, while working independently on set-rate drips and troubleshooting respiratory equipment like vents and BiPAP devices.
