Job Description:

Join the team at a rural hospital in Lisbon, ND, as an ER/MedSurg/Swing RN. This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in a multifaceted environment, handling diverse cases from traumas and strokes to pediatrics and geriatrics. With 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), you'll experience a steady routine while taking on responsibilities like interpreting telemetry strips, managing short-term swing bed patients, and coordinating with charge nurses and support staff. Your adaptability and teamwork will stand out as you float between ER, MedSurg, and Swing Bed units, providing critical support during high-pressure situations in a critical access hospital setting.
