Job Description:

Step into a Travel RN ICU contract in Wichita, Kansas, supporting the CCU Coronary Care Unit in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting with a clear rhythm: 12-hour nights, 7P–7A. In this role, you’ll be at the center of cardiac-focused critical care workflows, where your experience with balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia helps drive day-to-day readiness. You’ll work within an ICU team using Meditech, collaborating with experienced charge nursing leadership and bedside support to complete core ICU tasks including central line care and running medication drips.

This assignment runs for 13 weeks and is built for RNs who are organized, efficient, and ready to hit the ground running. If you’re motivated by complex cardiac cases—such as cardioversion support and heart cath-related care—you’ll find a unit where focused teamwork and specialized equipment are part of the routine. One small perk: night shift brings a calmer pace for hands-on focus, so you can settle in and do your best work.
