Job Description:

Step into a travel contract focused on Labor and Delivery Obstetrical nursing in Alpine, Texas. This assignment is built around 12-hour nights, with a steady 36 hours per week, giving you the chance to fully immerse yourself in the flow of antepartum, intrapatum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of care. You’ll hold shift accountability while applying the Nursing Process in line with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and facility policies, bringing critical thinking and scientific judgment to the anticipation and planning required for safe delivery of care. You’ll also maintain clinical competencies through continuing education, delegate priorities appropriately, and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel during your shift.
