Job Description:

Join Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospital in Rockford, IL, as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse working the night shift. This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity to apply your ER expertise in a fast-paced environment where every moment counts. You will take the lead in assessing, planning, and executing patient care, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and administering medications and treatments as per established protocols. The role involves developing comprehensive care plans, documenting meticulously, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives. Your active IL RN licensure, along with required certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS, will be essential in providing top-tier emergency care.
