Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse role offers an exciting chance to work in a Level 1 trauma center with a diverse patient population, including pediatric emergencies. You'll be floating between the main ED and the ED Observation Unit, providing critical care support during 12-hour day shifts. Known for a fast-paced environment, you'll be engaged in managing trauma cases, stroke patients, and STEMI emergencies, all while working with a highly skilled team. The position involves alternating weekends and holidays, and a strong knack for quick decision-making will serve you well in this busy setting. ACLS and PALS certifications are required, with CPI preferred. Experience in a Level I trauma setting is highly valued, but first-time travelers with this background are welcome. Throughout the assignment, you'll experience the unique rhythm of a 24/7 health care facility, with physical demands including ambulation and moving objects over 20 lbs.
