Job Description:

This Med Surg RN contract in Osage Beach offers a hands-on opportunity to manage a diverse patient load during night shifts. You'll focus on monitoring pacemakers, electrolyte levels, and basic telemetry in a unit that primarily handles non-acute cardiac cases. The role involves working 12-hour nights, with some weekends, in a setting where charting is done via Meditech and medications are managed through McKesson. Expect to float within the Medsurg units as needed, providing consistent care and support. This assignment is suited for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with pacemaker monitoring, basic telemetry, and potassium management. With a strong emphasis on documentation and patient observation, you'll be an integral part of the team during this 13-week engagement, helping ensure smooth hospital operations under peak season conditions.
