Job Description:

This 13-week travel nursing opportunity in Gillette, Wyoming, offers a chance to work in a diverse medical surgical unit that handles patients from early infancy to end-of-life care. The role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with no call requirement. You'll manage a variety of patient conditions, such as telemetry, surgical, orthopedics, neuro, bariatric, detox, and end-of-life cases, utilizing equipment like Pyxis medication systems, IV & PCA pumps, wound vacs, and feeding tubes. Recent MedSurg experience of at least six months, along with valid BLS certification, is required. This position provides a unique rural setting with a wide range of patient types, offering a well-rounded hospital experience away from urban hospital limits.
