Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare contract in Columbus, Ohio as a PCU Registered Nurse supporting adults and geriatrics primarily within acute leukemia and hematology care. This assignment is centered on newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients and emphasizes practical, day-to-day infection prevention and patient falls prevention. You’ll work 12-hour nights (19:00–07:30) for a total of 36 hours per week.

What makes this role unique is the flexibility of scheduling: there’s no set blocked schedule, and self-schedule requests are considered to help accommodate preferred days before finalization. Shift assignments are reviewed every four weeks based on unit staffing priorities, and orientation is structured to help you ramp up confidently during your first two weeks.

First-time travelers will be screened for client review. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required. BLS and ACLS are required for this role.

Expect cool to mild temperatures with occasional rain and changing skies. Evenings can feel crisp, so layering is helpful for time outdoors.
