Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Registered Nurses providing specialized care in a high-acuity PCU setting. This 13-week day shift contract offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your assessment skills, clinical judgment, and leadership abilities will be essential. You will be responsible for developing and implementing patient care plans, coordinating education for patients and their families, and mentoring staff members. Your expertise with Epic EHR and current certifications will ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient outcomes. Additionally, this assignment allows you to experience a vibrant healthcare community while focusing on acute inpatient care without the typical long-term care elements.
