Job Description:

This operating room nurse manager role offers a hands-on leadership experience in a bustling surgical setting. You will oversee OR operations, ensuring key performance indicators like turnaround times and on-time start rates are consistently met. Your expertise in trauma cases and current AORN guidelines will guide your day-to-day activities, including staff scheduling and regulatory compliance. Occasional early mornings or late afternoons may be required around meetings, but weekends and holidays are protected.
