Job Description:

Join a Level II Trauma Center in Tacoma, WA, for a 13-week contract as an Emergency Department RN. This role places you at the heart of a busy, high-acuity hospital that manages a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics, with daily patient volumes averaging 140-150. Your experience in cardiac rhythms, IV skills, and ED procedures will be essential as you handle trauma cases, sepsis, stroke, mental health episodes, and respiratory issues. The shift is 12 hours during nights, and you'll work alongside a dedicated team that includes ER techs, educators, security, and pharmacy support. This assignment offers the chance to hone your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with a variety of complex cases. Plus, you might even get to experience the hospital's unique community spirit — and maybe even a little fun during those well-earned breaks.
