Job Description:

Join a dedicated healthcare team providing leadership in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care in a hospital setting. As a travel professional, you will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team. Your role will include supervising care, documenting progress, and assisting in finding solutions when patient goals are not met. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work the overnight shift in a busy hospital environment where your expertise makes a tangible difference. Be prepared for a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts per week, working from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, for a 13-week duration with potential for extension.
