Job Description:

This pediatric oncology nursing role offers the opportunity to work on a dedicated BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) unit as needed, providing specialized care for young patients facing complex treatments. You'll be responsible for administering chemotherapy, managing patient symptoms, and supporting families through their treatment journeys. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), offering a chance to gain valuable experience in a Level I trauma center setting with a high patient acuity. This assignment is marked by the unique challenge of balancing technical expertise with compassionate patient support in a fast-paced environment, all while enjoying the camaraderie of a dedicated team. First-time travelers are welcome, and ongoing certifications such as Chemotherapy Administration and APHON are required to ensure safe and effective care.
