Job Description:
This electrophysiology technician role offers the opportunity to work at a prominent acute hospital in Anchorage, Alaska, focusing on advanced cardiac procedures and interventional radiology. As part of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology team, you'll assist with complex diagnostic and interventional cases, including device implants, arrhythmia interpretation, and stroke thrombectomy. The position features four 10-hour daytime shifts per week, with some weekend commitments, and involves minimal after-hours call, mostly from 6-8pm during late cases. You'll collaborate with a skilled team in a Level II trauma center, utilizing Philips x-ray systems and advanced atherectomy and thrombectomy devices. This assignment provides a chance to enhance your skills in a challenging, diverse clinical setting while working within a supportive environment with guaranteed hours.
