Job Description:

Join the maternity team at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem, VA, for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. As a vital member of the Labor & Delivery unit, you will support a busy and well-equipped setting, assisting with labor, delivery, cesarean sections, postpartum, and newborn care. This role provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced staff on a floor with 9 LDR beds, 8 postpartum/gyn beds, and dedicated OR suites. You'll experience a lively environment with a focus on high-quality OB care, including active labor management with Pitocin and epidural procedures. The assignment offers a chance to apply your OB expertise in a supportive, energetic team while enjoying a unique chance to witness the full spectrum of obstetric services in a bustling hospital.
