Job Description:

This step down Registered Nurse position offers an engaging opportunity to work in IMCU and step-down units across multiple facilities in the Portland, Oregon area. As a float nurse, you'll care for higher-acuity patients, including those on trachs, ventilators, critical infusions, and complex cardiac and respiratory cases. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, with every other weekend commitment, providing a balanced schedule. You'll need a vehicle for this assignment, as floating to various units and facilities is expected, and some locations may offer additional incentives. This is an excellent chance to expand your critical care experience in a vibrant healthcare community.
