Job Description:

This 20-week contract positions Respiratory Therapists in the Invasive Lab setting, where you'll be instrumental in supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, electrophysiology devices, neuro interventional, and vascular imaging. Expect to operate complex imaging equipment, assist physicians during invasive procedures, and monitor patient hemodynamics with precision. The role involves performing contrast administration, setting up invasive lab procedures, and troubleshooting imaging systems. Your day will include circulating, scrubbing, or monitoring procedures like cardiac cath, neuro interventions, and structural interventions. A unique aspect of this assignment is the on-call duties and floating across various areas, including prep and recovery, providing a comprehensive in-lab experience. You will also help ensure procedural accuracy and patient safety while managing technical challenges related to advanced imaging and monitoring tools.
