Job Description:

Join a dedicated Emergency and MedSurg unit in Cut Bank, MT, where you'll provide vital care to patients of all ages, from minor complaints to moderate traumas. You'll rotate through ER and MedSurg, responding quickly to emergent situations and managing a variety of diagnoses including COPD exacerbations, diabetes, strokes, and behavioral health issues. This role offers a chance to work in a community hospital setting with a team committed to collaborative patient care, where RNs often step into multiple roles, including endoscopy recovery and basic respiratory treatments. Embrace the challenge of multitasking in a 20-bed hospital with a patient ratio of 1:4 and a diverse case mix, all while developing your skills in a supportive environment that values initiative and teamwork.
